After having my second child I was diagnosed with PCOS and it's so much harder to get the weight off than it was after my first child. I've been doing low carb for 3 weeks and only lost 10 pounds. Anyone else battling this?

10 lbs in 3 weeks is actually a pretty substantial loss and sounds like the low carb is really working for you. I have PCOS and am about 4 weeks in and have lost about 14lbs, a few more than logged on here because I gained a few lbs from the last recorded weight. Depending on your stats, you shouldn't aim to lose more than 2lbs a week, of course a higher starting weight is going to result in a larger weight loss and gradually drop as you get thinner. Don't get discouraged, you're on the right track!2
