Do you have a value village where you live? You could get stuff pretty cheap there. In terms of selling, try ebay?

Spiralizer. It can make the food look much nicer. Also, sea salt, herbs, and a tea spoon of olive oil (40 cals.). I recommend also adding zuchinni noodles (you can spiralize the zuchinni) and then cooking it (with half a table spoon of olive oil, 60cals). One entire large zuchinni is only 55cals. and it is filling and…

Also, here are some food hacks: Zuchinni Pasta (5-10x less calories than normal pasta with a huge volume) PB2 Peanut butter (1/2 normal peanut butter calories and good taste) Protein fluff (protein shake, diet soda, xanthan gum: it's less than 150 calories with tons of fluff) Aspartame-free diet soda (ex. coke, pepsi,…

What's your calorie limit?

Good luck :) Feel free to add me! Same to anyone else

Good luck :) I recommend looking into aspartame and caffeine free diet soda. It's a very good alternative and tastes pretty much the same. But, just to be safe and practice restriction, I recommend only drinking it 3 times a week at most and then just drinking water. You can also alternate between the diet sodas (ex.…

Same here, 30lbs to go :)

It depends on your overall health? Are you bones or heart hurting while you run? The breathing could be a cardiovascular problem or could be a result of training on and off. I have the same problem when I'm rusty. From my personal experience, before I gained weight (back in high school), I went from running 5km in 33-35…

I was about to talk... then I realized... I don't have abs myself XD gg

Technically, you can make your own almond milk and supposedly it tastes heavenly. Also, you should try zucchini pasta. It's amazing! P.S. the volume-to-calories is crazy https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/22/fc/34/22fc34d0d21cd92a2ee551b00332e081.jpg

I'll look into those. An entire zucchini is like 50 calories too and it can make a huge plate of pasta XD
-
I agree with you. To be honest though, it only takes me 15 minutes at most to make zuchinni pasta and it tastes literally exactly like pasta, and personally, just a bit bitter with that extra crunch. In terms of volume, I can have 4 LARGE plates of zuchinni pasta and It reaches less than 400 calories. By the way this…

Interesting... I'll check it out :) So far though, this has been working out for me and I can even eat junk food on low calories as long as I don't surpass the limit XD
-
I'll probably just get my own bottle and mix it with a diet soda then before I go to the bar and drink it XD Probably saves a lot of money too
-
Yeah, not the healthiest, but it helps with reaching the calorie limit XD I guess i'll try hard 1-3 servings hard liquor and diet soda. Just hope I'm not too out of it and end up eating a crap ton of garbage -.-
-
Very insightful :) I guess i'll just do the deficit and wait for the end of month to see if things are actually working out XD
-
Has anyone looked into portebello mushroom buns?
-
That's weird then how he'd gain weight with 2 pound deficit. Maybe water weight or some other factor? Besides, adaptive thermogenesis or mis-counting I can't see how it wouldn't work.
-
Smart! I'll look into that :)
-
That's probably the way to go. You get the enjoyment, while still losing :) I just get low calorie pop corn and get a few cups worth (around 200-250 calories). That way I can feel like I'm not restricting myself with everyone else, but am also still technically in my diet.
-
Now that I think about it... you could have gained muscle and lost some fat in the process? Since muscle is more dense in weight than fat.
-
Interesting... It's just that an entire butternut squash is like 550 calories but one large zuchinni is around 55 calories XD
-
preachhh
-
Rounding down will only harm you. I suggest giving the benefit of the doubt, and counting it as 1500 calories :)
-
yeah -.- But it makes it easier to think like that. I know what you mean. If you're 240 you can't have the same results as being 230 while eating the same calories. There's also factors such as sleep, exercise during the day, stress levels, adaptive thermogenesis etc. I'm just voicing the struggle of discipline -.-
