My right arm used to be very week. I don't use it a lot as it was broken when I was a baby and since then I used to not using it. Adding to that the dr didn't do the right job and this caused my arm to be bent at the elbow It's now hurting no so much. I walk up in pain. Ice makes it better but I have hard times moving it

I can relate. When I was younger it was much easier. I used to loss weight really fast. But now it's very stubborn. I should shift my mindset to understand what comes with age as well.

Yes using a scale that measures body fats. My expectations was certainly not seeing an increase. If it was the same I would be fine.
