Thirsty all the time

Options
Hi All

I have recently started to exercise and eat health. I have done that before but kind of stopped for more then than 3 years.

This week I have add internment fasting to my plan. I noticed the below
- I am thirsty all the time although I drink more than 3 L a day. And thanks it's more than I used to do. I even wake up at night because I need water and this never happened to me before.
- When I am in the gym I sweat a lot. Really more than I used to 3 years ago.

Any comments?

Thnx

Please talk to your Dr. If you are drinking as much as you say you are and still feel incredibly thirsty that is something they should know about.

Now I am worried. I won't be able to see a dr before a week

Could it be the salt in my popcorn?

A week is ok for doctor.
However, since you've recently changed your diet (IF) it could be related to that too. You might try going back to regular eating and see if that makes a difference.
When was the last time doc did bloodwork?

Maybe make sure you log all the non calorie things on here too, eg salt and water, then you'll have a complete week of info to show your doctor.

Thirst was what sent me to the Dr. He diagnosed me as a Type 2 Diabetic. Don't ignore it.

Have you recently started taking antihistamines or allergy pills. I've gotten extreme dry mouth from Claritin and Allegra in the past.

The one thing I have taken and worried about is LIPO6 black. I have taken them to help me burn more calories but after asking the community stopped at once as they advised me.
    These bills make me worry!

How long ago did you stop? Maybe it's still in your system?
But still please make an appointment to see your doctor, just in case

If your urine is generally clear, wait the week to see your doctor. If it is dark AND you are drinking that much water: go to the emergency room and tell them that you think you have a kidney rupture.

Thirsty or actually a dry mouth (reduced or very little saliva)? Two different things.
