The first is how many calories a day you should be consuming before exercise, in order to rwach your goal. The second is the food that you have consumed through the day. The third is the calories burned through exercise (which is synced to your fitbit and adjusted according to the activity level you choose). The last is how many calories you have remaining, or have overeaten, including additional exercise calories.

@Lillymoo01 Thanks a lot. Can I ask for more clarity on last number please?
I assumed it would be what I actually eat minus my exercising calories but it's not.

Your calorie goal is set to your goal assuming no exercise so when you exercise you gain calories back. This exercise means you can eat more.
For example at the moment mine reads
1735 (base calories) - 1350 (calories eaten) +550 (calories earned for morning run) = 935 (calories left I can eat)

    Do you mean this ^^
    If so...
Goal- how many calories MFP has set for me based on my stats
Food- how many calories I have actually consumed
Exercise- how many extra calories I "earned" through exercise
Remaining- Green is under, red is over
