Hey im doing keto too. Been doing it since start of March. Have lost almost 2 stones. Got alot of weight to lose though so long journey ahead. Have only been tracking macros for last 3 weeks and feel so much better as theres more control. Before i was definitely eating too much.

i binge mostly when i'm bored or sad. yesterday i had loads of calories left for my evening meal and snacks but did i stick to plan, NOPE! instead i binged and i'm suffering for it today. I definitely need to use some of the techniques described above. I've always experienced the Sunday blues so will know to plan ahead…

welcome you can do this. I've also got over 100lbs to lose. taking it one day at a time. Definitely finding it hard to change a habit of a lifetime but i feel better each day that i give it a try.

Hi all, new here. Only day 3 of using mfp. I have more than 100lbs to lose unfortunately. Sick of yo yo dieting and expecting miracles to happen overnight. This time want to be slow and steady. :)
