I weigh out 200 grams of kernels and found the entry that is correct regarding usda. Then I put 200 grams popcorn kernels usda verified in the recipe builder. Then I weighed the popped corn in grams. 740 (example) and entered 740 servings. That way I can weigh out 50 grams or whatever and enter that as 50 servings. I don’t…

I’ve been weighing all my veggies that prior I’d not worry about. Because primarily, I want to make sure I’m hitting my nutrient goals. I honestly am not concerned with the minuscule calories. There are so many nutrients in veggies. They really are wonderful.

I don’t understand it either, but two weeks ago I dropped my calories from 1800 to 1370 and I’m not anywhere near as hungry as I was at 1800. Too weird.

Great timing!!! I buckled back down after a year of gaining 30 back and the scale is being a *kitten*. So I measured, and I’m shrinking. All is well again in my loopy world. Thank you!!

Granola is one of those foods that really made me sad when I learned to weigh. I’ve been adding All Bran to my yogurt. It fills me. For a pretty decent serving too.

Every thread I’ve read regarding fitness counting devices ( I know I phrased that wrong but I just woke up) is that perhaps start with eating half of those calories back for four weeks and evaluate whether you’re losing at the desired rate. Then add or subtract if not. Good morning.

I’m 5’10” I’m at 210 and plan to hit 155. No, 160 isn’t ‘heavy’ for 5’9”. It’s smack dab in the middle of the alleged healthy BMI range. I didn’t see her asking for an opinion. Edited to say Okay maybe not smack DAB in the middle. :D
