Hello. I love how you have both a non weight goal! My goal is to control my chronic illness enough that I can safely start hiking again :). I don't know if you are looking for an online support network but I would love to be fitness friends.

Tried a different route today to avoid as some hills. Unfortunately with not as many hills came more traffic. I had to ride through the down town area of my city to get on country roads. I did the falling over thing while uncliping today witch was fun. 27.5 km riden. Total 51 out of 2023 miles.

Hello to a fellow neurodivergent my fitness pal member. I have adhd. I also struggled with eating disorder in high-school. Mostly anorexia with binging periods. I'm trying to loose weight slowly without falling into old habits. I hope you don't mind if I throw you a friend request.

First ever out door road ride! I wish I lives somewhere flat... dragging my fat *kitten* up the mountain side near killed me. I think my pulse went up to 186. On a pluse side it didn't start to rain until 5 minutes after I got home. 9 miles done today. 34 miles total this year.

The bike shop forgot to order the part for my front derailer. Have to wait another week before I can go out riding. (Estimated 3 days of shipping then a 3 day set of 12s). It was painful going to the gym to ride an Indoor trainer when it's 10°C and stunning sunshine. 15miles rode for a total of 26.

Hello to a fellow chronic re-starter. I'm 29 with roughly 50lbs to loose. I'm at my heaviest weight ever and realized how unhappy I am. I'm looking to get better control on my cravings and binge eating as well as get active again.

My guilty pleasure is tuna or salmon over rice with frozen Vegetables and mayo. Kind of like an unstuffed onigiri. But I may be a little strange

Depression itself can make lifestyle changes difficult. I second the recommendation of a scale. Also be very diligent about checking portions. Most of all be kind to yourself. If you fall off the wagon a few times hop back on. It happens dont beat yourself up over it. If you want a fellow depression buddy send me an invite.
