Not really following any program on bb.com site. Chest, shoulders, triceps - legs - Back, biceps, shoulders - legs Mon - Tue - Thur - Fri That's my "program", I try to plan a little a head what I'm gonna do when I hit the gym so I don't end up wandering around like a headless chicken.

1930 kcal is goal, depending on my activity, it usually goes over than that. Trying to gain weight and build lean muscle. 40/40/20 ratio. 128 lbs, 5ft8in, goal is to get weight around 132lbs
