This weekend was Summer’s last hurrah! Festivals and a Birthday party! My weight is the same after ice cream sundae and birthday cake yesterday. I for one will Summer and all of her blazing hot temps. It’s the only time of year my toes don’t physically hurt. I guess maintaining is better than gaining. Back on track!

Thanks for starting this group! I also weigh 209. My goal weight is 180. I was hoping to be at goal by October, but I would be happy with half of that by October.

Yes, yes, and yes I too live in the MW! Doesn’t feel Mid because my state borders Canada. One day I would like my tracking results to actually match the projections “in five weeks you could weigh” It is very discouraging and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong! I’m not gaining but I’m definitely not going to weight 10 pounds…
