People ask if I've lost weight. Response "Yes, 165 lbs so far but I still have a few more to lose" Their response to that is "Don't you feel a lot better?" Well DUH! Of course I feel 'better' I'm not carrying an extra person around all the time! I don't know why it irritates me when they ask that but it does.

Went shopping at one of my favorite clothes stores, was looking on the side of store where plus sizes are which is where I've always looked. Once of the Clerks told me to "go to the other side of the store where I belonged as the plus sizes were too big". I haven't shopped regular sizes in YEARS.

Grippling, you are starting where I did July 31, 2017. Now I'm down almost 152 lbs. Stick with it! Weigh, measure and track all you food. EXERCISE. Even if you start out at just a slow walk, do it. I am 43 lbs from goal but have lost 151 lbs so far. Once I reach goal I want to have my wedding rings resized so I can wear them without the fear of losing them.

Finally broke a 3 week plateau with a 2.2 lb loss last week. Closer to that 14 gone by X-mas. I have 46 lbs to lose to get to my goal. Sounds like a lot, but I have been on this journey since 7/31/2017. Starting wt 344 Current wt 195.4
