I/S/O friends with 1200 calories & open diaries

Right now my diary reads more like what not to do. Looking for others with low calories limits who can give me ideas & make me laugh when I want to quit.

Feel free to friend me if you'd like, I recently started back up in earnest with the goal to lose weight without any fad diets (not knocking anyone, just know what doesn't work for me). Anyway, I can't friend anyone from my phone, or I don't know how to and not sure when I'll fire up the laptop next.0

I was doing 1200 for a while but found that it was too restrictive for me personally, so I’ve upped it to 1340 and it has been much more manageable for me. I know it’s not 1200 but I will add you anyway!5

I try to maintain 1200 calories per day. Some days are more difficult than others. Send me a friend request and you will be able to see my diary. Mostly I eat veggies, fruits, and yogurt for lunch, oatmeal and egg for breakfast and supper varies depending on my day.
I have 40 lbs to go to reach my goal but I will get there. I've been on this journey since July 2017 and have lost 154 lbs to date. Struggling with these last 40. I can't function on much less than 1200 cals so am working on upping my exercise.3 -
I have an open diary, but found 1200 was way to restrictive for me... Add me anyway if you want. I'm at around 1450 and try not to eat the extra exersize calories.

I’m doing intermittent fasting but also maintaining 1200 calories. So far the results have been pretty good. I’m doing the 16:8 method of IF so I skip breakfast and eat between 11-7 each day. Sometimes I fast a bit longer but that’s the average.
Drinking as much water as I can to curve my appetite until my feeding window. All in all it’s going well. Feel free to add me.3 -

Mine is usually between 1,000 and 1,200 sometimes I have to do a quick add to even get to 1,000 so that I can record my diary because MFP won't let you submit less than 1,000. But before anyone tells me how bad for me this is, it is because I am doing keto which was recommended to me by my doctor.4

He recommended keto, but since I eat between 20 and 30 carbs sometimes my calorie count is low. But when I started it he told me it would be like that and it was ok.0 -

I don’t do keto, but am somewhat familiar with the macro percentages. I would be really careful eating so few calories. Also, depending on the type of doctor you see, they aren’t necessarily trained in nutrition and the proper number of calories to eat. Unless you’re both really short AND really close to your goal, I would definitely try to eat more if you can manage it.0 -

He is a weightloss and nutrition specialist. We had a long discussion about the keto diet before I actually started it because I had a lot of questions. I am not super strict about it, if I am hungry I will eat. I am just making better food choices. He even talked about that, if your hungry you need to eat even if you hit your 20/30 carbs for the day. But that don't mean I eat a bag of chips or candy or anything like that. Instead I'll eat maybe some cheese, beef jerky or maybe some almonds. I also have days where I'm not very hungry, and I don't force myself to eat either. I meet with him every month and we go through everything.1 -
Mine is set for 1400 I burn more and am up more hours then most. More then welcome to add me. I hit 200.1 lbs last October and said that is it. Started on my new journey Oct. 22. As of this moring down 11.5 lbs. Lossing more inches all over then weight, but I'm ok with that. Slow and steady.0

12 to 1300 usually here, but my activity level is usually high. Open diary to friends. This week was atypical with Superbowl and some meals out with friends - but managed to maintain, so not complaining.0

I was on 1200 for a while, but kept going over, so I've upped it to 1300 and find it much easier to stay under and will just live with losing slower! My diary is open to friends, can't add anyone with my phone app it seems so feel free to add me! Not saying my food choices are great all the time, some days are good though, and it would be great to get more ideas 😊0

Just changed my weight loss goal to 1.5 pounds a week from 2, which has allowed me an extra 10 cals a day. 10. Hah. I don't have the most healthy diet though but more friends with similar goals would be nice0
