Wow! You're looking amazing! You should be proud of your hard work. Looking great! You look a ton younger now than in your before picture. You're doing an awesome job.
-
I would of loved doing that, but I only had a 4 day notice.
-
Congratulations on the hard work and being that much closer to your goal.

I work at a high school, and found out they were doing a special treat for us Instructioanl Assistants at our last meeting of the school year. So instead of just not having the treats, I planned ahead and skipped breakfast and lunch (still had my coffee which was a mistake, with no solids to help soak it up, it went right…

How annoying shopping for dress clothes is going to be. I work in a school, and was asked if I would help out at graduation this Saturday. I said yes, and then later realized I had no dress clothes for the ceremony that fit. So I went to JCPenney after work. There were no size 28 dress pants, only 30 and higher. So I…

That my Adam's Apple would become a lot more prominent.
-
I now have a prominent Adam's apple. I didn't even realize until looking in the mirror today. I could always see it (barely at my heaviest), but it's very pronounced now.

Sorry it has taken me so long to reply, it has been a busy few days. But thank you all for the amazing words. They help motivate me to keep going strong. You've made my day.
-
Thank you for your kind words Sweetmgo.

Congratulations on reaching a low like that in such a long time! Sounds like you're doing awesome. Thank you Creationscrown, it's taken a long 9 1/2 months. So much easier in the beginning, losing sometimes 2 to 2.5 pounds a day when I was at my heaviest. Lately, I'm lucky if I hit 0.4 lbs a day. At least it's a good…

Wow! Thank you all for the amazing comments. They mean a lot. Lodewyk, I'm 5'10"

Thanks Deadlifts! You'll get there JREmore, just takes time. Glad I could motivate you.
-
Thank you RooRow. Lol! At least she isn't camera shy. :D
-
Thank you Lori!

Thanks for the kind words. I'm 5'10" with no shoes. So I'm definitely nearing my weight goal before I start trying to gain some definition and muscle tone. I just need my gut to catch up with my waist size, lol. Thank you SFJULES. I'm just happy to be in a medium shirt now. And thank you everyone else for the kind words…

Thank you Jadub, and everyone else who commented on this. I'm now 20lbs down further from this now (170 lbs). Here is an updated picture.

I got out of the shower one day and saw myself in the mirror. I mean really saw myself. I felt physically ill with what I saw. So I decided to eat better right that second.
-
Small world! Hope they enjoyed their time at school, and the new one will have an amazing time. Btw, your before and after picture looks amazing! Great job on the new you!

If I flex my stomach muscles, I can actually feel them. Not much longer to go before I start building muscle instead of losing fat.
-
Thanks! Lol, not Penn state. It's the staff shirts this year at the high school I work at.
-
All the time, lol. It's really annoying.
-
I don't mind it when people ask me how I did it. It gives me the internal satisfaction that I'm actually doing it, I'm making myself healthier and it's paying off. The question I can't stand getting is, "Are you still losing weight?" And when I answer affirmatively I get a look as if I'm being unhealthy/vain by continuing…

Difference of 120 lbs. I started around the beginning/middle of August 2017 at 290 lbs. I am now down to 170.

What I'm about to type could be a bit TMI, so if that's not your cup of tea, just skip this post... Final chance... The wedgies! Oh my god! My cheeks don't stop my underwear anymore, and it's turned into a constant struggle, lol.
-
For the longest time, I've been the one doing the laundry. About 3 months ago, I finally bought new underwear and went from a size XXL/XL to a size S (I wore some old Ls when the other ones got too large). My fiance got around to helping with the laundry the other day and grabbed one of my new underwear. He held it up…

When I worked at a grocery store, I couldn't believe the amount of calories that unsweetened dried coconut flakes had in them. 720 calories for only 1 cup! I was floored. (Sorry about the above post, I didn't realize my fiance was still logged in.)
-
I would have, but I'm going to do the same thing with some chips we bought as well. So I needed the larger ones. I find I can't always fit much more than 100 calories at a time. So I figured I can always grab two bags of them if I can fit more calories in (like I did yesterday). Don't worry, I reuse bags whenever I can. :)

At the end of the day, after work was over, a couple of coworkers came up to me and told me how amazing I looked. One talked about how before my face was more "jolly" (lol, I actually like this term for describing a heavy-set face), and now it's more chiseled. Woohoo! I'm getting a chiseled-looking face. Even before that,…

I have absolutely no will power some days, lol. If I don't log before I eat, I know I'll regret it (happens everyday I do it).
-
Lol! I could see myself doing that with cereal. It's a good thing I don't buy cereal often. :D
