thank you for the advice and i wont I been eating better and still exercising as much *kitten* i can the pain is only when I work out and do exercises and when I walk but then goes away when I am sitting down....... Okay I will make appt with my doctor I just thought it was another way

I went on there i love and they say 1900 but I am stay around 1800 and i love they plan meals for you to give you idea what to eat through out your day

no nothing different my intake and work on the computer mostly and no I do not drink coffee and never drunk sodas maybe just don't drink enough water but today i drink 62 ounces
