Back pain when work out help

Hey guys i been working out for two weeks now and been getting back pain when i work out to the point i want to cry any ideas of what i need to do its when i do squats and abs i do the biggest loser work out video..... suggestion pleasezzzzzzzz or alternative i take Iprofen before I work out but it don't work pain is 10 out 10 and its my lower back do you guys think it because the extra weight or the few accidents

    You need to get checked by a doc and a physio. A simple test can determine if you need further testing for potential disc issues. Maybe stick to things that don’t hurt for now?! Walking, swimming, etc.

    You don't say what your weight is or what the accidents are. It may be worth getting a check up before proceeding.

    If you have just started working out you may be going into it a little too hot and heavy.
    If you are doing it every day change to every other day.
    If you are using weights, drop the weights, do the moves slower and concentrate on form.

    There a number of different Biggest Loser work outs, chose the easiest one.

    If the pain persists see the doctor again.
    It may be that your muscles are not used to the work outs and you need to pull back a bit, but it may be something that needs treatment or specific exercises to resolve.

    Don't do things that hurt, and see an orthopedist.

    Please see a doctor. You don't want to make things worse.

    WHEN do you have back pain? Is is when you do certain exercises? Is it after your workout? Do you have pain and it goes away within a few minutes? You should consider seeing a physical therapist. You may need a referral from your primary care doctor, depending on your insurance. Pain isn't "bad", it's just pain. There can be lots of reasons for it. Most of us don't have the expertise we need to interpret what our pain means. A PT will be able to help you interpret your pain, may be able to ease, even eliminate your pain, help you develop an exercise program that works for you, and if that doesn't help, will send you back to your doc for imaging and/or a referral to another specialist. (I'm not a physical therapist, but I worked in a PT office for 15 years.) Sometimes it takes a few visits to develop a good plan, so don't walk in expecting to walk back out with all of the answers. Since you have been in multiple car accidents, you may have lingering effects from that. It doesn't mean it's disc or spinal issues, but a therapist knows what to look for and won't do anything that will cause additional damage. Doesn't mean it won't be uncomfortable, at times. Good luck. Don't let this derail your journey to better health.

    thank you for the advice and i wont I been eating better and still exercising as much *kitten* i can the pain is only when I work out and do exercises and when I walk but then goes away when I am sitting down....... Okay I will make appt with my doctor I just thought it was another way
