Ouch..... How long have you been working out? Are you feeling stressed? Have you tried not working out for a while/did the grinding go away? Have you ever done a parasite cleanse? Parasites can cause teeth grinding, but then again so can stress.

Mine will hurt/ just feels weird for a few days when I first start wearing it. Then I get used to the feeling. Bahahahha who knows. Must be the heart rate monitor....

My fiance ended up in the hospital for 5 days with acute paincreatitis from drinking. It was very scary for both of us. We have both been sober ever since. :)

My fiance has had acute paincreatitis twice now from drinking alcohol. He no longer drinks and now eats a vegan diet. Very low fat, NO OILS EVER, maybe small amounts of avocado or olives every once in a while. He eats a ton of fruits, veg, smoothie, green juice, rice, quinoa, beans,& oats. Hey bosslady! Start logging your food asap. This is not the time to start some fad diet that may or may not work for you. Count your calories! Eat at a deficit to lose 2 pounds a week. If you stay consistent you will be pretty dang close to your goal! Heck you might even reach it! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!:)

Go easy on the fiber and work your way up.. It takes time. It took my body about 3 months to be able to eat the recommended amount of fiber with out bloating(I went from eating probably 5 g. Of fiber a day to around 25-40g.) Also drinking more water will only help move things along! Good luck
