I have epilepsy and my neurologist (one of the best in the country!) has told me two things to stay away from caffeine & aspartame. I have noticed when I have to much aspartame it triggers my seizures.

Hey, I'm similar but I went to Slimming World. 100% and lost minuscule pounds. So I'm coming back to MFP which works better. Here and also Pinterest is good for ideas. I recently got an app called 'tasty' that has some great simple meal ideas. Good Luck!

I have my diary set to a lot even though I want to be eating around 1500 to lose weight. It makes me feel like I can eat more. It doesn't make me feel stuck eating less. (Does that make sense?

Hey, Find the triggers Get into a routine at set times (e.g breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack) Write how you feel at everything you eat even if it's just one word I'm still learning how to control it

That's a good question to ask for more info! I eat to punish my body so I would say yes, I also self harm all due to ill health. I go into a difference zone were I have know control. I'll never understand me & food!

I like the idea of a salad ....I buy lots of veg & dressing to add but by the time it's on my plate in front of me I can't help but yawn, sigh & wish for a big burger with fries
