Hi, Do you have a book full of calorie counting in that you recommend? I did have Pocket Calorie Count but it’s so old I thought I’d treat myself to a new one. Do you recommend any? Thanks :)

Hey, Anyone up for doing 3 meals & 3 snacks challenge? I am a major emotional & binge eater so I am going to try and do a month of regular meals & snacks. Rules are Pretty Simple •Have 3 meals •Have 3 snacks •If you have a binge put it behind you and carry on. Anyone up for it?

Question for Ladies (time of month)
Hey, Question for a females.... Every time of the month I always get comfort food craving - basically anything chocolaty, sugary, crispy - Do you get the comfort food craves? If so what do you do? I get really grumpy and cancel my diet. What can I do instead lol.... Thanks any advice will help

Weigh in day - yes/no....
How important is weigh in for you? I know everyone is different some people are daily some people are weekly etc. I weigh myself weekly (it doesn't really bother me what the scales say though) it's what my clothes look/feel like that keep me motivated. What about you?
