Check out snake juice diet on youtube. I also tried to eat one meal a day, 750 kcal, for two weeks, low carb. Lost weight fast. It can work for a short period of time. I'm 181 cm, 86 kg.

You can lose more than 2 pounds a week. The rule that you can't is old and is a myth.

Lose weight and after you get to the weight you want to be, start eating more (while still working out) to get more muscles and get your butt back :smile:

If you're very overweight then it's normal that you lose the weight fast, but you should eat more on a daily basis or do a maintenance kcal day once a week or two.

It doesn't need to be high rep. You're lifting to not to lose muscle, cause it doesn't burn that much calories. Fat loss is made in the kitchen.

You eat far too low calories for that kind of long training.

Don't be afraid to fail.

After 2-3 months of caloric deficit you should do a 2 to 4 weeks break. No deficit or surplus. Your metabolism will slow down and "break" after that long time in a deficit.

Sex doesn't burn that many calories as people think.
