Matters to me, he is saying he can't lose the bloat, I'm curious if he has any weight to lose or its possibly another issue - At 500 calories a day, he should be losing weight at a very unhealthy and alarming weight

Wraps are very easy - breakfast burritos - both of these can be frozen in batches, and put in a lunch box frozen to be thawed by lunch. a big pot of soup on the weekends in a thermos is lunch all week

A carb load day usually turns into a carb load week for me, I avoid at all costs and save a 'mess up' meal for something like wedding or birthday cake

I think it depends on how much you have to lose, and where your body loses from first - If I lost 20 pounds in my legs, you'd barely be able to tell - If I lost 20 pounds in my face/upper body - people will be asking left and right. Trust the process, do this for you <3
