congratulations!

First of all, i dont understand any of that. And secondly i want to do it as a detox, not for long term

Try and take a little walk in your lunch break, and i also used to do 30 wall push ups in the bathroom when i had my office job. I also made sure i was always moving my legs, made me look very fidgety but it keeps the circulation going and keeps your body working.

I'm in the same boat hun. I have to be so strict now, because if i slip one day it all goes back on, and im losing so much slower than i was before i went on my meds. Its just a case of persevering. Its harder, but when you get there you'll feel such a larger sense of achievement

Oh thanks, i'll have a look

Thats what i meant by skipping. Thats what its called in the UK, i find it really hard! It used to be so easy when i was 10 years old

weighing things out and a bit of googling is the best way to go. Ive found this, like, so how big is this cup?!

I was the same, except i had nearly a years break and put everything back on! You'll do well here, everyones lovely. I was finding it hard until i got on the boards and made some new friends. =)

Now i want cake!! Haha. Na, you need to make sure its the right calories though, which is when it becomes a problem. A whole cake isnt going to get you very far =p

Doing this now, i would LOVE to actually know what was in the meals i was potentially ordering.
-
Lots of protein, low fat. Chicken, eggs, nuts etc.. You need to work out too to bulk up seen as you dont want fat, you want muscle
-
Peanut butter, anything with chocolate and ham.

I'd love to get rid of all the chocolate and crisps from the house, sadly i live with a 13 year old and my friend who's renting a room from us who's super skinny anyway and eats a load of crap. It's harder to deal with emotions related to depression as they arnt justified and dont really have much of a cause.

The one guilt free meal a week thing seems a good idea, i had chinese last week and still lost weight & it helped my cravings, so i think i'll go for that to try and combat this. I'm cooking my man a meal thursday evening so i'll pop that on my calendar. Popcorn with spice is also a fantastic idea!!! Totally stealing that.…
