  • GNC Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 chocolate. I went into GNC today for that very same reason. The others I've tried aren't exactly repulsive but this stuff legit tastes good. I taste tested another when I was there I think it was GNC Isolate in chocolate. Both are very clean tasting, none of that "dirty sock" whey flavor.…
  • Turkey sandwich. 2oz turkey, slice of Swiss, "Natures Own" sugar free whole wheat bread, light mayo. 265 calories. 25g protein. Bit high on sodium but you can't win them all. Toss in an apple or a banana or something and that's lunch.
