Was your trainer simply a gym employee...they are worthless. Its best to go with someone who is licensed and/or a degree who can judge and program for your specific needs. Someone who starts training you like your a prize fighter in a Rocky movie does not know what they are doing!

Starkist tuna paks with a multitude of flavors are sooooo good! Sweet and spicy as well as thai chili and lemon dill are my faves! They run 70 to 110 cal. Per packet!

Fresh is less work. I grab 2 handfulls, put in bowl and and sprinkle chicken broth powder over top and add a bit of water. Cover and microwave for 1.5 minutes. Mix and drain. The only bad part is its shrinks into nothingness.

A friend was watching me eat a small palm full of raw almonds and she said you can have as many as you want....THEIR HEALTHY!!! I then added...but they are not calorie free as I pointed to total calories in package. Just cause it's healthy does NOT mean its void of calories!!!

Fry...no oil then add a bit of water, boil for 5 minutes then add purple sauerkraut and simmer......sorry.....German roots :D

Healthy fats are good in our diets for fat is a carrier for the other nutrients in our diets to be absorbed. Look up your healthy omega fats in foods.

I get the sugar free cool whip...a bit of PB2 powder and drizzle with sugar free chocolate syrup. Takes care of sweet tooth!
