Thanks guys! They had steamed salmon ((YUM)) so I started off with that and green beans. Even with some Dim Sum it wasn't so scary to log. BTW if anyone's in the Bryan/College Station area of Texas, it's called Ye Star. Soooooo good!

I'm thinking pepper steak... Mmmm... Depending on what it looks like. Sometimes you get lucky and the ribs aren't saucy, and I ain't afraid of ribs on a business lunch!

The green beans. 👌👌👌

I tried the vanilla and strawberry Clio bars and was very taken with them. Definitely in my wheelhouse!

I'm so excited!! I've got my last interview for an amazing job this week, and have been told by the person that recommended me for it that I'm a shoo-in. There's no other applicants currently, the person that recommended me is big in the company, and (not to toot my own horn) my work history is dynamite, so the only thing…

I've been using these guidelines for the last few months and (*knock on wood*) I've noticed an improvement on how I feel during that fun, fun, fun time of the month. 1. HEALTHY FATS: (Omega-3 fatty acids will decrease inflammation and pain.) 2-3 servings per week of fish, preferrably cold-water, like salmon, sardines or…

Maple waffle quest bar. By far the best flavor... Even better than birthday cake!

I do love panfrying some elk patties with onions and mushrooms! What sort of seasoning would you use with meatballs?

@FlyingMolly I couldn't resist the temptation of 🍕 last night and had a slice. You're right, made me feel worse, but pizza is pizza! At the end of this bug I think, and need to go grocery shopping, so this'll be interesting!

A coupla two tree eggs over easy and an avocado... Easy, cheap... It's my go-to breakfast! Here's the breakdown:

For crunchy cravings, I'm currently hooked on snap peas. For salty, spicy, or just a general all-around snack, I'll go for wasabi almonds or Sriracha cashews. For sweet, Quest bars are amazing!! The mint chocolate chip and birthday cake flavors are out of this world. For meat or cheese... I just go for it.

I really appreciate all y'all's input here. Reading this thread helped me make a better choice today at the gas station. This was my treat instead of a candy bar and it was rather good.

Not fancy by ANY means, but it's comfort food. Sauteed onions and bell peppers with venison/pork sausage and Creole seasoning. The rest of the family gets jambalaya.

Could also be done in muffin form, I just like doing a 13x9 baking dish. Mix up whatever veggies, cheese and meat you like. Very filling. Forgot! Bake in oven at 330 for 90 min.

Meh... Kinda easy, buuuuuuuut... Tuna fish Chopped veg: peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc In a flaxseed pita. Super filling and low cal, easy to mix it up.

Not sure how to adjust the recipe from slow cooker to pressure cooker, but Salsa Verde Chicken is my go to. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 blocks Neufchatel cheese (low fat cream cheese) 1 jar salsa verde Low for 8 hours or high for 5. Shred chicken and let sit for 10-15 min to thicken. It's easy, cheap, and…
