I hit 100 days logged, I bought a size 12 jeans (the last pair I bought before this were a size 16!!), a dress I bought 4 months ago is now loose on me!34

I can rummage through my daughter's closet and borrow clothes while she is away at college. Shh, don't tell her.31
-
Have logged in meals 7 days in a row, including restaurant meals!26

For the first time since high school (and I'm nearly 40!), I own some clothing that doesn't start with X or XX for the size. I'm most excited to have just invested in a new winter coat, size Large, since I'm feeling confident that I won't lots of extra space for backsliding.31

I'm so excited!! I've got my last interview for an amazing job this week, and have been told by the person that recommended me for it that I'm a shoo-in. There's no other applicants currently, the person that recommended me is big in the company, and (not to toot my own horn) my work history is dynamite, so the only thing holding me back is if I bomb this interview.
Aaaaaaaand, it's going to get me out from working behind a desk to working indoor/outdoor. It's physically a pretty demanding position, so I'll be able to burn some calories and see the sunshine! AND it's a huge national company with plenty of room for promotion, not like the small business I work now where there's nowhere to go, even after 17 years. 17!!
So yeah, I'm super stoked!!47 -
I live in a northern climate and winter weather (snow / below freezing temps) has started to make its appearance. Roads in our neighborhood are icy and slippery in spots. Dog and I have been a little bummed this week. NSV #1: My workouts have transitioned to brisk walking on the basement treadmill instead of outdoors. NSV #2: I just noticed on my Fitbit that my "exercise" recap is registering my workouts as "elliptical." Too funny. I guess that's because I pump my arms as I walk. Thinking I may not invest in an elliptical machine after all.17

I've been going to the gym for 2 consecutive weeks at 4am! I never thought I would do that and so far I'm not stopping.28

My feet have gotten smaller, so now I can remove my ankle boots without unzipping them. (Note that I'm not actually happy about this, since they used to fit well and now are too loose.)
I'm 100% on board with getting new clothes that fit, but getting new shoes feels like such a waste...17 -
My husband said I was walking too fast, and that he couldn’t keep up with me.27

Entered a 'virtual runner' charity medal event. 25km over 25 days of December. Hit the mileage needed within 3 days so seeing just how much I can shock them with on Xmas day when I submit my result 😀18

Tighten my belt another notch today. at the end of the pre-punched notches.20

I've been at my current job for about 7 months. For the interview, I had worn a nice black dress that barely fit, but it was the only decent thing I had - a lot of my clothes didn't fit anymore because I had been doing a lot of stress eating (and drinking) due to previous job. Today, I was going to wear it for our Christmas party tonight, but I ended up looking frumpy because it was so loose. Not even a well-positioned waist belt could save it. It was always my backup "nice" dress, so it's definitely the end of an era to see it go.41

I ran for twenty minutes without stopping today, and completed four sets of DB lateral raises without having to stop halfway through each set. Both big things for me28
-
As of today, two full weeks later, my body feels the same again as it did before Thanksgiving.28
-
250 days of walking a minimum of 10K daily38

The bridge of my glasses is loose.21

For the first time in 12+ years someone ELSE took my picture and I didn’t feel my throat tighten with anxiety. My husband snapped a picture of me trying on what I consider a “NORMAL” size north face jacket. When he showed it to me, I almost cried because for the first time since I was in high school I didn’t feel DISGUSTING. Not to say that I like what I see, but it didn’t make my heart hurt like usual. I know I still have such a long way to go, but as of today I wear an XL in Northface!!! 💕💕💕

@MissCreepyLovestruck HUG!! FWIW, you look awesome and I'll say that's an amazing NSV. Keep rockin' it!9

I lost 6” over my entire body in November. A month known for binging on holiday food and I actually lost! I am proud of myself!!26

NSVs are thin on the ground at this stage (maintenance), but I was mildly pleased at myself for hitting 3x my default Garmin activity points goal for this week, on Friday, with 2 days yet to go. I'm at 469 of 150, in a scheme where you get 1 point for a minute of moderate exercise, and 2 points for a minute of vigorous exercise.
It's a combination of my YMCA classes still being in session (spin 2x a week), my rowing team still practicing indoors (few weeks Winter break coming up), and the Concept 2 Holiday Challenge (currently at 119,683m of a planned 200,000m between US Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve . . . working at it like some kind of weird rowing machine Advent calendar. ).26 -

It sure is 😊5 -
For two days in a row, I'm in the normal BMI range - at the very top, but for me it is a NSV. I started out nearly a year ago as obese, and I never though I'd be in the "normal" range. In fact, my first goal was to move to "overweight".48

Holiday themed NSV....last year these boots were tight around my leg with only a thin sock. Today I’m able to tuck both my jeans and a thick boot sock in with room to spare!54 -
Endocrinologist gave me the all clear to stop taking metformin and other meds! Nonfasting glucose was down 13 points!46
-
I had to buy almost an entire new wardrobe because all my winter clothes from last year are too big and uncomfortable.33
-
Back from a week on holiday, which included a few beers, a few desserts, and a relaxed attitude to logging. With only a small (probably water retention) gain. I put this down to my better eyeball portioning 👍23
