Getting a jumpstart on new years. I have been on and off here for a few years. Starting new again. Not where I want to be bit not where I started either. Time for a reset. I am going to log everything this week without making any changes to my normal and then evaluate my nutrition and see what all I need to adjust. With…

Is this your first half. I am on week 2 of 20 getting ready for my first one. The best advice I have received so far is find a plan that works with your lifestyle. I have been here for a short time going it alone. I have done ok so far but some community support would go a long way. Anyone please feel free to add me. Challenges are what makes life interesting. Overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.

I was drinking up to 5 monster energy drinks a day for years. After a week in the hospital in January I never picked up another one again and shortly after gave up all soda.

Hi. Have you looked into a sit-stand desk? I also work in an office and I use one from varidesk . It has made a big difference in what used to be a sedentary environment.

Hello. I am relatively new here. I'm 39 years old from central Texas. I have recently turned my life around. I have lost 70 pounds since May and now am within reach of my GW of 185 (only 18 pounds to go). I have also recently converted to vegetarian about a month ago. I have been running in 5k's for a couple of months now…
