@JaysFan82 How exciting! What an inspiring loss. Friday weigh-in SW: 267 (for fat2ft) PW: 267 CW: 261 Loss -6 pounds (and shocked by it)

So close to a couple of small goals this week: dropping another pants size, and dropping to the next group of ten. It's one set of ten for me until I reach my goal.
-
How Exciting! I know exactly how this feels.
-
Oh yes, that's how I allowed myself to gain back so much of what I lost. My husband and son were definitely the culprits - but yes - I am the one who chose to eat the food. Thankfully, my husband has now joined the fitness journey and is on board with me - it's so helpful.
-
Congrats on the loss!

WOO HOO! How exciting! what a great loss, @JaysFan82

I am really enjoying reading everyone's information. I hope to be able to get back on here and respond more in the morning Have a wonderful day, folks!

Let’s get to know each other! 1. Tell us a little about yourself? Where are you from? What are some of your hobbies? Etc. : I am originally from St. Louis, MO, but currently live in Western Kentucky. I have a few hobbies, I am an avid audiobook reader (and visual reader); I play disc golf competitively on the amateur…

Hey all - love to see this active conversation and would love diary accountability and MFP friends if anyone would like to add me. I only have a moment but will come back in and converse more later!
-
I am looking for more low carb/keto friends on my mfp page to help with diary accountability, encouragement, and inspiration. Feel free to add.
-
@Stephen_LacaJr I'm hoping this thread becomes active also. I'm looking for the support. I've been on keto again for 8 days. So far I'm down 12 pounds. I have quite a bit more to go. I agree about keto. I also love that I feel hungry much less. Are you also intermittent fasting?

How do we make sure we are signed up for the September challenge? I hope to be much more active then. I am still struggling through post Covid recovery. Every workout is a personal challenge. Thanks to everyone for being so patient

@lindamtuck2018 I should be listed for a Saturday weigh-in but I don't see my name. My scale posted a mid-week weigh in earlier this week but my official weekly weigh-ins are Saturdays. It is what my original weight for the challenge was based on. Hahaha actually - weighing in last Saturday was what prompted me to join. My…

@IP2021 I have this happen periodically and ultimately found out it was less about food and more about my body's own fluctuations due to hormones, etc. My trainer at the time suggested weighing daily for three months and keeping a diary. Through that I found that I gained for a few days during ovulation (sorry men) and…

1. Canteloupe (or other fruit, I love fruit) always pre-measured so I don't go over on calories or sugar 2. Cucumbers with tajin seasoning (I realize cucumber is technically a fruit but ... usually isn't categorized as one so ...) 3. Slivered almonds - premeasured - I eat less but feel like it's more because they are in…

@fatfiftiesI loved hearing about you, I also was low carb/fasting (my husband lost 200 pounds through it, so I do believe in it) and recently switched up to moderate low carb (added in more healthy carbs for heart health reasons) and to grazing – My trainer thinks this will jumpstart me – and – I can’t post what I’ve lost…

I truly understand this. I don't know your details, but I recovered from a huge injury last year. Walking was scary for a long time, and I am still afraid that some movements will cause me to injure it again. I also have struggled with vertigo over the last few years which caused some spills. Hugs to you.

I would love to join the step challenge. My Apple watch is currently being repaired so I don't have a good counter right now as I don't always carry my phone. I'll do my best 🤣. Let's go for 8000 right now. I'll up it as I progress back into fitness

I will need to catch up and learn also some of the ways to respond here. In the mean time - i am fairly active on my newsfeed and have few friends (as I just rejoined after several years break). I would covet your friendships if you are interested in additional accountability

Let’s get to know each other! Good morning! I am Nan, I currently live in Kentucky. My job is in affordable housing for the elderly and disabled. I'm an avid disc golfer, costume designer, and reader. I have been ignoring my body's needs for the last year and because of that, I've gained a ridiculous amount of weight back…

I know it's right under the wire - but is there any chance you'd take one more? It's only 11 central time .... It's okay if it doesn't work out. Nanelisap (f) Weigh-in Day: Saturday Current: 279.2 Starting: 315 Goal: 175 Any team. I am just desperate for help and improvement
