I really didn’t want to post my weight today but I can’t be telling you guys to be accountable and not do it myself. I can’t make any excuses because it is from the binge eating.

Today is my 22nd wedding anniversary. We are not doing anything as we have the grandkids this weekend. Next weekend we are heading down to Caesar’s in Windsor so we will celebrate then.

Very cool! Caesars is a 15 minute walk from my house.

Ì m a binge eater too but I read a book that changed my life! Never binge again by Glenn Livingston. It's free on kindle. Bit radical and not for everyone but it really did work for me!

Hi Linda I can see there is a weigh in for me already on week 5. I don't understand 🤣.

I should be able to submit my weigh in for this Sunday on Monday morning if OK with you.

    Let me know.

I misunderstood. I thought you couldn’t weigh in at all. I will remove the weight and the excused.

I don’t have kindle but I will look into it. I have tried a couple of self help books with no luck but I am always willing to try more.

Missed my step goal by 30. 🤦‍♀️ No exercise yesterday as I was just too tired. I have my granddaughters all weekend. The oldest works so we will be driving her and picking her up. I will either go to the pool or go for a walk with my other granddaughter after lunch. Now off grocery shopping.

Thank you all for the anniversary wishes.

The free book and all the free resource are available at neverbingeagain.com is a bit like marmite but really worked for me xx

I am not unhappy with this. I have been riding in a car, eating out, sitting and talking to various cousins all week on a road trip with my sister to visit family we haven’t seen since Covid started.

Could I join in? Starting weight today is 227.0 (I'm actually aiming for 27 lbs by Christmasbut I'll still be thrilled with 21!).

    Weigh in day Saturday
    PW 150.8
    CW 151.6

Ok not ideal but I'm not too worried. A few days ago the scale said 150. Ran/walked 6 miles today. Just over a week until my half marathon - yikes. I've been making a post run exercise plan and I'm totally excited to dive into it when I get back from Oregon.

    Steps @Megan_smartiepants1970
    8/21 29,842
    8/22 4,660
    8/23 5,483
    8/24 4,438
    8/25 5,677
    8/26 10,161

Didn't do great this week on hitting my target but after last sunday's 11 mile run/walk I needed a break!

How do we make sure we are signed up for the September challenge? I hope to be much more active then. I am still struggling through post Covid recovery. Every workout is a personal challenge. Thanks to everyone for being so patient
