I totally understand the eating at night when unable to sleep.Good evening all.
Check in:
Steps - 5899. Light walking to keep me awake today.
Calories - 2388 or close. Gave in a bit on licorice. Still good on calories.
Exercise - nope. Walk in the morning though. Daughter wants to hit the gym tomorrow night.

Yesterday I did a bunch of mini walks and exercises with my dumbbells. As the apartment was cooled off, I caught up on housework. Some of it was heavier housework so I am sure it burned calories. I am going to the pool this morning and I have to walk to the drugstore to get an anniversary card for my husband. We will be married 22 years tomorrow.
I really have been struggling with my eating. My binge eating has reared its ugly head again. I have been struggling since I got back from vacation. I had an appointment with my doctor yesterday and she is going to refer me to a therapist who deals with eating disorders. Also, she found a pain management clinic that doesn’t have a 2 year waiting list. I think the pain keeping me awake at night doesn’t help with the eating. I am fine with my eating all day it’s just at night. 🤷♀️ Anyways, therapy helped me before with the binge eating so I am sure it will again. I want to be proactive so I don’t gain a lot of my weight back.

Thanks. I ordered som triple chocolate mutant from Amazon. If I don’t like it I will try this one. I am going to start making protein shakes for my evening snack to see if helps with my eating. You put protein powder in your coffee or was that someone else?1 -

I put collagen mostly in my coffee but I have put protein powder in my coffee and my fruit smoothies1 -

I love this idea but I think 21 lbs is too ambitious for me. But I would really like to try for 11 lbs which will still be hard considering since January I've just lost around 9 lbs. Maybe this will help me stay on track through birthday, anniversary, thanksgiving, Xmas, etc!1 -

Steps - 14627 plus 12 minutes bike moderate intensity.
Calories - 2956 or so. Ugh ugh ugh. Still snacking a lot. At least some of it is fruit.
Exercise - walk in morning before video appt. 1 hr 35 min. Gym after dinner. 10 machines but only 12 minutes bike.1 -

I really didn’t want to post my weight today but I can’t be telling you guys to be accountable and not do it myself. I can’t make any excuses because it is from the binge eating.
Today is my 22nd wedding anniversary. We are not doing anything as we have the grandkids this weekend. Next weekend we are heading down to Caesar’s in Windsor so we will celebrate then.
