Yes, I'll be weighing in while in the UK. I m visiting my mum, so go on her scales day 1, note the difference to my scales and adjust the reading for my weigh in! Dedication or what!!

The August heat has me beat! Very happy that I'm still slowly losing. Visiting the UK tomorrow for a week then starting my next serious diet phase .... 21lb down by Christmas!

Its cooler here this week so you'll be ok. Hottest day is Wednesday i think 28 degrees

Thanks! Southern Spain, its been a hot summer, over 35 degrees lots of days! I'm looking forward to the cool of September, so I can get back into regular walking and get those pounds dropping off again! Just have to survive a week of my mother's force feeding and the temptation of m&s!!

Weigh Day Thursday (posted a little late)
    PW: 225.8
    CW: 228.2
Vacation was great, but I didn't make the best choices and I have been a total slacker on logging and exercise for the last several weeks. It's time to get my butt in gear!

I posted the same thing about my logging and exercise the other day. I made myself a schedule for the week and pre logged.
    Weigh in gharvey2753

    Previous 178ibs
    Current 176.6ibs

You are all an inspiration. Have a great week.

    Nice loss!

    Weigh-in Day: Monday (Aug 22, 2022)
    PW: 232.5
    CW: 233.4
    SW: 240

So I try to avoid going out to restaurants on Sunday nights since my weigh in is on Monday morning (first thing when I wake up) and dinner out the night before tends to leave me with 'scale hangover'. Anyway, my parents invited our family and we only get together every so often so of course we accepted ... and of course it was a Mexican restaurant (a good one) and of course I couldn't resist the salty tortilla chips. Needless to say - I was looking good all week and then ... surprise a nice 3.9 lb gain overnight! Oh well, it should be temporary - now if I can avoid a repeat this coming Sunday.

My weigh day is Fridays as if there is going to be a celebration it is normally a weekend. That way I have a few days to get rid of water weight.

    Steps: 10,274
    Exercise: 1/5

Very quick swim yesterday and of course no one came to fix the air conditioner. They were already here this morning and have left to get a part. Hopefully, I will get a proper sleep tonight in a nice cool apartment. I am off to the pool and it will definitely be a longer swim than yesterday.

What’s on your menu for your Tuesday main meal?

  • Milestone Goals

Do you have a milestone/mini goal you are working towards?
Do you have a non food reward planned when you reach this goal?
    Please share with the team.

My next milestone is to reach the 180’s. I think I will go for a massage once I reach this goal.

All my rewards would definitely be food related 😂 next mile stone would probably be once im below 160p

For those of you that use a protein powder, what brand do you use? I am looking for a chocolate flavour and something that does not leave an after taste.

I use Isopure it comes in unflavored, dutch chocolate, vanilla and infusions (tropical) at Walmart

Having to eat my feelings without eating everything stinks. Last night I wanted to eat everything but had 2 pieces of licorice and stopped. This morning I didn't want to eat and yet I wanted to eat everything. I forced myself to have one small pancake, a yogurt cup and a nectarine. Then I needed a drink and bought a diet coke instead of normal coke. I hate this "victory" because we had to put one of our littles to sleep this morning. She went downhill rapidly last night and I thought she wouldn't made it till today. We thought we had another month or two. Sorry to bring you all down on this hump day.

So sorry for your loss. Our pets become a very important part of our lives.
