Great loss!Good evening.

Check in:
Calories - 2728. I was doing well until late evening. Then it was dessert, snack, snack, snack.
Steps - 10635.
Exercise - walked with daughter after dinner. 1 hour.
Nice steps! I have been bad with the snacking since the weekend. We need to make a no snack pact.hey guys I'm a returnee to the group lost my way for a bit ... and now i am back...I lost 84 pounds but put back over 20 then i got ill and I know my diet had alot to do with it..so here I am back again ready to get back to where I was and then some!

My diabetic check did not go as planned. My numbers are perfect but now my blood pressure is on the high side. Go to the blood pressure clinic in a months time and then I see the doctor in three months. It feels like one step forward and two steps back. I will get this under control so I don’t have to take medication. Off to the pool soon. Yesterday I did mini walks and used my bands/dumbbells.

I was so worried about last week. I worked my butt off to lose that 1 pound and I thought I was starting to plateau. Then all of a sudden I'm down 2.5 pounds in 3 days1

I'm so done with these warm temperatures!
My feet, ankles and hands are swollen from the heat and I can't seem to lose weight.
On Saturday I was done 1 lbs, but then we get a couple of warm days and today I'm right back where I was last Wednesday 😢
I hate cold weather, but it's definitely easier to lose weight when it's colder 😉2 -

My eating was really good yesterday. Need to stay on track and keep logging. I did legs and had a really good swim. My lap time was the best it’s been since I had Covid.

Today is my daughter's 1st day of homeschool.. I can't believe she is a Senior this year ....I got up very early and swam for 150 minutes .... planning on doing some meal prep after my shower ...I hope everyone has a great day2

Exercise - pickleball for 2 hours. A couple breaks in the middle but 2 hours playing
Finally got curry paste. Daughter is making something with it next week. Found some white miso as well to make peanut butter cookies. Found the recipe in yesterday's paper.2 -

Quick pool session yesterday. I had to go to my daughters for the my granddaughters birthday party. It was with her friends. I stayed after and we had pizza for supper with the family. The pizza along with snacking in the afternoon lead to a small gain this week. I am surprised it’s not more because pizza usually leads to a gain of a couple of pounds. Better weigh in next week.

I have the celery on my grocery list. Do you buy flavoured cream cheese or plain? I have a dip/spread mix that might be good to mix with the cream cheese. It’s low in calories and sodium.0 -

I'm pretty strict with my diet. My best friends daughter is having a lemonade stand fundraiser for her school and I'm gonna break my diet to have a glass of lemonade lol0 -

I use the whipped cream cheese and I sprinkle smoked or regular paprika on top of the cream cheese that is in the celery1 -

I treat the weekends like I do the weekdays ... We will swim tomorrow ...take Sunday off ... I already have my goals for September ... I like to be ahead of the game ...My plan is to walk 5 days a week (not sure how far we will go) ...Use my gym 3 days a week ...and I want to get some bands to work out with and use 3 days a week ...0 -

Massive gain this week 🤦♀️ ive been on holiday but going back to work next week so hopefully it will even out. Also i normally weigh in as soon as i wake up in the morning but today i forgot, so its a late afternoon weigh in, im not sure if that makes a difference
Also can i drop my step goal to 7000 please i rarely meet my 10,000 goal2 -

It definitely makes a difference. If you want to weigh tomorrow morning and post that weight it would be fine. Let me know.

My biggest bad habit is eating potato chips on the weekends. Also, we never eat a proper meal on Saturdays. We tend just to eat something quick. I am about to start my meal planning for the week so Saturday I will be cooking. Once I have my week day eating back under control the potato chips will go.0
