My weigh in for last Sunday will be 243.8lbs( taken this morning).
I will be able to weigh in as normal from this Sunday 4th of September.

Hello Everyone, My name is Marie, and I'll be joining you for the September challenge.
My main goal is not to just lose the lbs, but improve my over all health. It's not easy to start over at nearly 60 years old. (Old habits die hard) as the saying goes. I would like to be in better health as I slowly enter my senior years, so I can truly enjoy them. 😀

Did mini walks yesterday. I was awake most of the night with a sore throat and headache. If I shake the headache later I will either go to the pool or do some mini walks.

Good evening everyone. This was day 1 of our heat. Ugh. It went from 83 tesyerday to 103 today and is supposed to climb daily until Monday. I think I will melt.
Check in:
Steps - 7565 plus 20 minutes bike moderate intensity.
Calories - 2485. A bit high but acceptable. Lots of pumpkin spice for dessert. Got it all out of my system at once. Ice cream bar, yogurt, cookie.
Exercise - gym after dinner. 7 machines and 20 minutes bike. It was very crowded with people trying to avoid the heat so the gym was very hot. Back to pickleball tomorrow.1 -

Never had that happen before. I hit my step goal right on the number. Still fighting a headache. I know it’s from not sleeping properly. I did nothing yesterday but sweep the floor and cook supper. It will probably be another lazy day. The doctor is giving me a medication to help with sleep. The pharmacy is delivering it today. I believe once my sleep is back to normal so will my eating. It will also help me get out of the funk I have been in and hopefully have the energy to exercise properly. I am always in awe how much sleeping properly affects so many other aspects of my life.
