I'm a newbie to the thread. Hi! I'm a potty mouthed mother of 3. I like food... which is why I'm here. I'm in to lose 65-70 pounds. I'm praying to every God in or out of existence to save me from loose skin (hah, unlikely). But mainly I'm enjoying getting stronger and more capable. Alas... I still needed help opening…

Mom of 3 here! Back to back pregnancies and I was lucky to come out of them all at pre-pregnancy weight each time, but that was high... and I lost muscle and gained flab instead. I'm working to change that. Add me too!

Awesome dedication! Especially with 10 kids!! I can barely manage 3.

That's awesome! As for your wife, you can always teach her how you count calories etc, and have a talk with her. She can cook whatever she wants, of course, but it might help you both out in having her able to make something you can eat without penalty as well. Explain to her your "cruise control" issue and talk it out!…

I disappeared thanks to having some health issues. I'm back. My goal today is to have goals tomorrow. :D :D

Did not work out... not sure I care today. I was outside a lot with the kids so I count it as an acceptable exchange! The rest, I did.

10/22: 1. Have patience. :| Sort of. I at least made myself more mindful of it... and we had a dance party in mama's room. 2. Reorganize bedroom closet/clean room. :) Done! It's going to be amazing to go to bed in a clean room without moving boxes everywhere... since March. 3. Laundry! :) Gotta put the last load of the day…

Cleaned hair out of my daughter's doll stroller wheels. 45 minutes I'll never get back... But worth it to see her happy with it being easy to push again.

I did. I ended up falling asleep to Forensic Files. So worth the couch nap! Refreshed today.

... it's so easy to feel accomplished with such a short list of goals. Haha
-
That's disgusting. Chocolate or GTFO.

I dream of a world where people can post about delicious food, and people who don't like it can tell at them for posting something without their approval or understanding. Oh. Wait...
-
Today's goals. 1. Try not to snap at the kids (it's noon and I've already failed multiple times). 2. Exercise. 3. Find some "me" time.
-
They're alive... I'm not. Haha
-
My older two share a room because they refuse to be separated, but they're both great and fall asleep together. It's nice... for me... haha.

5, just turned 3 this month, and 15 months. Not that I'm recommending anything, but have you ever heard of chloroform...? ;) The older 2 are so amazing with bedtime. Tuck them in, hugs and kisses, leave. The baby, though. Lawd...

Trigger warnings...

Aha! I'll start with goal 1. 1. Keep kids alive. Sigh...

Hi! Is this for daily plans that may change... uh, daily; or is it for long term daily habits that should be static daily?
-
Nope. :)
