I’m Heather. I look after my grandsons whilst their parents work. Ive been a vegetarian for 27 years but I’m now eating more of a plant based diet. I walk my dogs and go to the gym. I just want to be the best ‘me’ that I can! I live on the south coast in England.

Oh dear. Every Sunday morning I clean out my chickens, turkeys and ducks and fill up their ponds whilst my husband ‘poo picks’ after the Shetland pony and dogs. Can this be classed as a date?!

Good for you! I’m vegetarian and would love to become vegan. I want to be around for as long as possible for my kids too! I keep chickens, ducks and turkeys and so giving up eggs would seem wasteful to me! It’s a dilemma! Good luck.

I’ve always got tinned tomatoes, sweet corn, beans and pulses. Loads of rice, pasta and noodles. Also, different types of seasonings.

Well I’m a vegetarian who is trying to eat more vegan food. I’ve decided to really cut down on processed food - which includes Quorn which was my veggie staple diet! You are obviously very busy. Can you pack up rice/couscous, chopped up peppers, cucumber, tomatoes etc as a packed lunch. When I was teaching I used to have…

Hi Debbie. I'm trying to eat better and get fitter this year too! Also a vegetarian. Just trying to choose foods that are less processed but fail when it comes to things that I like, like chocolate!

It seems brutal when you eat as many carbs as I do! It’s a whole new way of eating for me.
