This was the biggest shocker. I had no idea a serving of cereal was so small! I really miss cereal, its just so calorie dense I cant justify it.

I typically skip breakfast every morning...well I eat breakfast and lunch at the same time. Don't feel that it makes any difference to my metabolism.

I just got over the worst stall. I was stuck for like 8 or 9 days. Yesterday, I had lost 3 lbs overnight. Try not to stress to much. I usually hit a rough stall a week before my cycle starts. If you are hitting you are being honest with your logging and hitting your calorie goal I'm sure you are on the right track.

This diet was recommended to me by my doctor as well. Borderline cholesterol issues. I'm just way to picky of an eater to figure it out and make it work for me. I've been limiting red meat to 1-2 times a month and sticking to leaner meats.

Just here to preach about the healthy choice steamers. OMG they are so good and really fill me up just the way they are. Love the unwrapped burrito, beef teriyaki, and crust-less pot pie. And at $2.50 a meal, I find it a great deal for something pre-packaged.

I just went back to my normal, i know what works, routine the next day. I was 7 pounds heavier Wednesday morning (we had thanksgiving with friends on Tuesday due to work). I had mine out about 4 years ago and I struggle with "Dumping Syndrome". My body says "no" almost immediately to foods high in fat. Sorry to thread jack, genuine question.....what would be a semi-accurate way to measure calories burned on an elliptical? I use an apple watch and it does estimate numbers in the 600's for me.

I'm curious about this as well. I am only about two and half weeks into using my apple watch to calculate calories out and not sure if it's accurate or not. Under-estimating is fine. But, does anyone feel like it over-estimates? (Says you've burned more then you actually did?)
