If it makes you feel better, I was that “she eats whatever she wants and never gains weight.” But the thing is all I ate was whatever I eat when I’m out with my friend and didn’t really eat anything at home. Anything that’s FPS or racing. Mostly on PC but my console of choice is Xbox although I got the PS4 for their exclusive games and they have not disappointed. The two most played games rn are probably Red dead on PS4 and GTA V on PC

Thx for the suggestions. I’m leaving around 4AM tomorrow. It’s an hour drive so I’ll be there by 5. I’ll probably be on my way back by 8. And too bad about heat not burning more calories. That would have been cool.

I think airplanes needs to have more leg space but idk about making seats wider. I guess it depends on demand. If the general population is obese, then they should make the seats bigger. I don’t think big companies bother catering to marginal groups.

Thanks for that list. And I’m not trying to eat “clean”, just healthier. I used to live off of instant noodles, chips, soda, and pizza. I’m just trying to include fruits and veggies in my diet. I’m just having a hard time transitioning from junk to food.

I’m a total noob. I’m 5’3, 126, all fat, no muscle. I’d like to lose 20lbs of fat and be more tone. I currently just eat 1,200 cals a day and walk 2 miles.

I believe the most important thing is that you’re healthy. As far as looks, I don’t think it matters. Its more important that the person like the way they look and if they don’t, then they should do something about it.

I’m new here so I don’t know how I can share videos but look up cheap meal prep on YouTube. They have videos of people who meal prep for a week under 20, 50, etc. If you surf a bit, you can find the exact meal plan that works for you. Good luck.
