Thank you...should have clarified, that I understand calorie deficit, but I'm a terrible planner lol...the plan was suggested because of the breakdown of portion size, suggested foods and so forth :)

I'm shooting for 1-2 lbs per week. I just started this plan last week and I did lose 2 lbs. Thank you for all of the info. I'm just going to write it off and move forward each day :)

Yes! I totally understand. Not to mention I lose in the bust area which is frustrating too. Unfortunately we can't just spot lose so have to take the good with the bad :)

Thank you. I'm fairly new to the whole "macronutrients." Is there a specific way to track? I do try to stay with more protein and lower carbs but not keto. I will make a sandwich, with multigrain bread, turkey breast, lettuce, tomatoe and such but my carbs are usually in that form or a small baked potato. I try to stay…

So in the 1st week, I hurt my hip and I was unable to continue with the workouts. Thankfully, the gym offering the program, let me back out of the program and once healed, they let me change to private workout sessions/gym membership based on what I had paid for the program. I certainly didn't expect that option and…
