Well, is there a thing that I could do to trick the metabolism? How would it go? I will lose a pound in a day after few weeks? How long should I expect it to be stubborn? Thanks a bunch

I m hypothyroidism patient myself and i have lost 15 pounds so far in two months. Make sure to use food scale everytime and log each & every thing!

Thanks everyone for their input. I am gonna stick to 1200 calories because i can feel that i would lack energy in case of 1000 calories. I am interested to find out that I tend to eat about 1400 calories over the weekends, could i eat 1120 on weekdays to balance it out? Thanks guys. You guys rock :)
