Thank you I know it will come and be better in the long run I’m just being inpatient but I will feel great when I hit my goal I will keep my diary open haha that way less inclined to snack on fatty food.

I suppose when you put it out in front of you it does seem like a steady pace. it just seems very slow and feels like I’ll never get there lol

Thank you very much , no I’m not breastfeeding but I still think my body’s still trying to balance out. It’s just I’m still a lot bigger than I’m used to and have been exercising since 6 weeks postpartum to try get everything back but lucky if I’ve lost 5 pounds in 6 weeks x

Thank you I will have my coffee without feeling guilty now. I will make sure I’m under my calorie goal everyday and log every we bit separately as I must be doing something wrong. If only I could have a personal chef lol

Thank you I don’t quit just get a bit depressed then keep trying I have just gave birth 3 months ago so I don’t know if this has something to do with the scales not moving. But I won’t give up I will soldier on lol.

I will try this and see if it helps any I do drink a lot of tea and coffee bad habit I think I’m having a lot of empty calories in just this alone could be part of my problem maybe water weight ?

weight each individual ingredient and logging separately is key. for anything you have control over (for recipes create your own). food scale for everything. if you were open to it, one option is to open your diary temporarily and some of the members who've been at it years can take a peak and offer some tips/suggestions…

Thank you very much I will start logging everything separate and see if that makes a difference. I will give myself a couple of weeks without weighing myself and see if it drops a bit then. Thank you again I will give myself a day to rest do I need to rest from everything or can I still do my squats everyday ?

I’m actually with her here I’m eating 1200 calories a day 10000 steps a day 200 squats a day and 100 sit ups 15 minute weight lifting and a hour a day on the hula hoop. however I’m not loosing weight I feel like I am but the scales aren’t going down why ?

My baby is 14 weeks , my back injury is around 10 month ... i experienced tearing but only 2nd degree i think ... she was going to stitch but said where it was should heal fine . I've been in recovery for a while now so I'm hoping im stronger now I've built up to the 3x15. I feel so far feel ok so might not push it too much just now then and try light weights or the leg press. What ab workout would you suggest for me to do that won't put too much pressure on my back... sorry guys.

I always make sure i have atleast 2 rest days a week & not over push my body now... i shall try my light weights and build back up again then will go from there ... i cant even do a push up anymore will be my next goal haha

It's horrendous isn't it i slipped the disc in my back still not 100% either but alot better. I would love to take it easy but I've never been this out of shape and its really getting to me now i need my exercise lol x

I've managed to get up to 3×15 and already got the correct form was just confused as to what now lol. I will slowly add weights and go from there here is hoping to stronger glutes and a pert bottom again soon haha. Thank you

I was more than likely not fuelling my body enough during my last workouts as had ketones more informed now lol.

They just said that it was a good routine for muscle indurance but not for toning as the reps are too high. And once i feel the burn at 30 squats im acctually burning away the muscle as it is a lactic burn and not from the blood ?

Right first of i have had ovarian cysts removed 3 times & I'm due to have another removed. I have just had a baby and still look pregnant what i will say is i have had treatment on my cervix for CIN 3 which is changes in the cervix.
