If you feel like that, you need to find ways to keep your mind occupied during fasting hours or build a routine so that you aren't left with 'nothing to do' time. Because it is those times where you can find yourself wanting to go wild (the devil makes work for idle fingers).. So stay vigilant!

I'd rather fast than limit my calories like that because it will nurture the 'want' in me to binge afterwards (I'd be starving if that's all I ate), since 1200 a day is incredibly low. But if it works for you that's great!

Give it time. There is also the possibility that's its actually fat that's pressed up against your skin, and because the skin isn't tight, it leave it sag. You are a little older so this can require some patience. Enjoy your new body and don't be tempted to return to your old habits!

I'm with you. And my weight has only increased by 5kg in an entire year (because I actually wanted to) and now is remaining steady! I only eat twice a day though (max) and fast quite often. That might be why it's OK.

I'm 6"3 and 190lbs and to go upto 220lbs I need to eat around 2800 apparently?? Aren't men meant to have a higher base calorie intake than women too?
