How I kept it to 1200 calories today

Hello, thought I would let people know how I did it today.
I don’t usually have breakfast - just coffee today. and a rich milk - 50 calories
For lunch I had some sliced tomatoes with a spice mix of salt, pepper and cumin 100 cals
A miso soup 20 cals
An apple 60 cals
In the afternoon I had a chai tea made with the remaining milk I had measured out for myself this morning, and a teaspoon of honey 30 cals
For my evening meal I had a lovely piece of cod cooked in 5g butter
I had a scoop of a pepper, caper, shaved Parmesan and lamb’s lettuce salad with that
And a good portion of a garden pea and broad bean salad - all this was weighed and measured and came in just under 500

After dinner I plan to have a chocolate soya dessert 120 cals
200g fresh strawberries
2 x small Campari and soda

This comes in at just under 1200

    I'd rather fast than limit my calories like that because it will nurture the 'want' in me to binge afterwards (I'd be starving if that's all I ate), since 1200 a day is incredibly low. But if it works for you that's great!

    Yes if I were walking and moving around I would increase to 1300 or 1400 but I am bedboind most days
