Oh yeah, woodsball paintball is fun as well. They have a big crazy annual WWII themed paintball event in PA. 5,000+ players. Definitely bucket list material.

I've thrown a bench under the smith machine before so I could go full ROM without crushing myself... but it seems to void stability muscle groups, so I'm not sure it's the best.

I think they just eat salads all the time. Not saying that in a negative connotation. It's cliche, but abs seem to be built in the kitchen.

How many times a week do you do? Any supplements you're taking as well?

3x a week. I go 85%+ 1rm so I need the rest days. Once in a while I'll do some HiiT on off days. Today I assembled an IKEA children's bed so I'll count that as cardio. :o

I don't think sword, but a "vintage utility tool". I'm confidently sure they needed them to be pointy to grease the train wheels because grease fittings weren't invented yet. The sharp part was for removing coal lining the chimney stack. Makes sense to me.

There's a trick to this. I'm in Canada and it doesn't it always tells me "no challenges available." What I did is click on my other US resident MFP friends challenges and it accepts me into them. I guess it has to do with winning contest prizes is probably why other countries are void of challenges?

I construct challenging obsticle courses for guinea pigs. In reality, I process non ferrous metals and occasionally work with excavators. Demolition jobs too.
