Thanks you very much for clearing my doubts.

Thanks for the feedback, so if I am cooking oats I should just input oats, milk and water differently in the diary right? But I usually try to boil the oats till not much liquid is left so will there be any difference after the oats is cooked?

Yeah sorry my bad I was talking about the major lifting exercises (squats, deadlifts etc)
-
I AM following this 6 day program over 6 days a week bro.
-
Noooooo is talking about just the major lifts man. I guess your Second comment left me a little bit confused
-
No I don't do all the major lifts on the same day. Today was leg day and I did squats. Tomorrow is push day and gonna do deadlift. On pull day I do bench press and overhead press. They are divided equally so that I can do all the lifts twice weekly.
-
But the program is sort of PPL program, and in this program I am lifting every major compound lift twice (deadlift, squat, bench press etc). I think it's enough though isn't it?
-
I lift bench press, squats etc once a week. No I wasnt going through a linear progression type program earlier.
-
Thanks once again you are a lifesaver.
-
Thanks yeah I will also add peanut butter as suggested by so many people here.
-
Thank you so much it was so nice of you to give the detailed recipe :)
-
Thanks for the advice. And I usually eat boiled eggs from outside not at home so yeah can't save yolks of eggs. But now will try to save them after knowing about this diet.
-
Thank you so much for these recipes. :)

Haha I was also sceptical on 3rd one, I just decided to put it here for some general advice. My goal is to just get muscle mass on my body for now, no aspirations to become body builder or such. Yeah although I agree with you on Stronglifts, but I already used to go 6 days a week so I don't have any problem with following…
-
Also if there are any meals with sweet potato as ingredient then it can work too.
-
Yeah now I understand and will try to go for 3 days only.
-
I was thinking about it too,I also created another discussion forum about it. I am looking to add muscle mass from now. I guess I will try to go to maintenance cal for 1 week then go 250-400 cal above my maintenance cal from the next week onwards.
-
I used online calculator for BF% and it uses US Navy seal method for calculating it.
-
Thanks for that inspiring para, and yeah I am trying to start Stronglifts 5x5 program from next week onwards. I also made another discussion thread to discuss about it in fitness and exercise forum.
-
I have started going to gym for the last 3 months if thats what you are asking. And lifting once a week squats, bench press, barbell rows and OH press.
-
I saw your reply in 1 of my another query forum in which I was asking about Stronglifts 5x5 program. What do you think if I follow that program will it be more beneficial in muscle growth?
-
1. I am not looking for dirty bulk though. 2. I am feeling pretty good right now, just the fact that when I go shirtless my stomach fat makes me want to decrease it more. Also arms are pretty skinny so on one hand I want to increase muscle mass is forearms and biceps but also want to decrease stomach fat. Although after…
-
Thanks guys for your feedback. I will go 3 days a week now after getting this response from everyone.
-
Lol ok thanks for the help. I will implement the 5x5 program from next week then.
-
Thanks for the reply, currently I am doing different body parts in different days like chest exercise 1 day then biceps or triceps etc the other. I haven't been lifting separately for eg when it's leg day I do squats, and when it's chest day I do bench press with other chest exercises. What if I just do the other exercises…

Also my schedule is 6 days a week, each day separate body part exercise.
