I like to mix it up with various types of music. My wife primarily have Pitbull and Zumba style music. Great beats to workout to.

Never tried it. I’ve heard great things concerning multiple GLP-1 type medications. I focused on training and diet but understand the benefits of products like Wegovy. I’ve lost 70 pounds since March 2023 by not cutting or bulking but rather focusing on a lasting body recipe effort. Feel free to connect if you like.

I have the exact time routine too. I have a nice gym in my building. Up at 4:00am, gym at 5:00am, start work around 7:00am. My motivation is easy... besides the normal must do it for’s, I make it a part of my routine and look forward to the time spent working on myself.

To be honest... maybe just watching your success will light a fire in him. If that doesn’t do the trick maybe starting to do things in the evenings and or on the weekends together that gets him up and moving more.
