Ok no matter what you do if you want to bulk you will gain fat. Look it’s not the end of the world as a lot of the gains if done properly will be muscle. If you eat clean and cycle your carbs then you will bulk clean. Besides after your bulk is done just cut again. That’s my two cents I’ve been doing this for over 20 years

I personally like to use a protein powder that has no carbs as I cycle them but if you are bulking then really doesn't matter. There are so many brands out there and honestly they all do the same thing.I always recommend that you try to eat your protein but if you absolutely cant then take a whey powder.

Of course you will loose weight dude but if you do just a tiny bit of even just walking each day or even twice a week to start with it will improve your health a lot. Eventually as you loose weight it will become easier to move and exercise so things will start to get better but don’t ever give up.

Ok there has been lots of studies done on this and best time is before and after workout. This is the time your muscles will absorb as much protein as possible.

Just so you know your abs will not grow like the rest of your muscles. All you can do is lose the fat covering them to show them better.

Good for you with the gains. I would be careful as you add weight you can get injured easy. Also when you finish you circuit 5x5 try doing squats with a bit more reps like 12 10 8 6 for mass or 4 X 10. I'm mass gaining so 10 8 5 3 1 for me. But hey good work and watch your posture

Also forgot to say I eat super clean, no spice boiled chicken breast boiled white fish green veggies and all that stuff so dont just try to eat calories you have to consider that too.

I have a home gym and workout by myself. I dont have someone to spot me but I bench press in my squat rack as mentioned above just in case but never needed it really. I would say do them and when you notice that your having trouble take extra rest and try again or a little less weight extra reps.
