Well what makes up your 4000 calorie intake? Also you need to wait a little more as two weeks is still early to tell. By the way thats a lot of foid your eating man i can barely keep up with 2800 calories and thats me almost barfing. Also it depends what workout your doing, post it and lets see oh dont forget your stats

Thats totally not what i ment, i didnt say to cut out fats i said to watch for fatty foods which can do more damage than good. Here is an example so we get it straight, McDonalds fast food.

I am sure you know this already but make sure to keep away from over eating too much fat. Basically what livingleanlivingclean said just make sure he gets clean calories not the ones filled with fat or sugar. Lots of protein will help put on mass but he still needs carbs. If you want to bulk up you need lots of protein but no matter what you still need carbs. Your muscle depend on them, sure you need protein for building them but with no carbs you will not have results.
