My name is Rebecca. Started on this journey December right before Christmas. Goal is to lose 100 pounds by October. This month is my halfway point. I ran my first 5K in April in 37:38. Goal was 36 flat. My miles were 12:04, 12:02, 12:22. I'm now looking at becoming a certified health coach
