  • i skip breakfast and eat between 11 and 7 pm on weekdays. On weekends i skip breakfast and eat between 12 - 8 pm

  • If you want exercise to not be counted then go to the goals tab and at the bottom you can turn off the exercise switch - that way exercise caps aren't subtracted because they always read as zero.

  • I know it's not a snack- but I tried coconut cauliflower rice tonight at dinner and it was amazing! Tastey, filling and so easy and quick to make. Loved it. Try it if you like coconut flavour. I added shrimp for protein.

Just wondering what ratio people are eating interms of percentages and how you divide your total calories between carbs, fats and proteins. Thanks for your help.

  • Hey! I started Keto one week ago today and am down 6 pounds!!!! Feels great...first three days were the most difficult for me. No cravings, no hunger at this point. I need to focus now on getting back to the gym, and figuring out how to work it into my daily routine.
  • From what I've read those are carbs to work in on exercise days, otherwise you might want to limit those carbs to just one in a day. I watch the heavier carbs like squash, turnip, Brussel sprouts, zucchini and make sure I only have one day... the other carb I stick to leafy greens. Try and remember that even if you are 5%…
