*holds up a mirror* Looks like you found it! Congratulations!

If any of you DJ's work from home, I can't recommend a treadmill desk enough, it is the best investment you'll ever make.

These are just words from a stranger but as a fur parent myself, my heart goes out to you and I'm very sorry for your loss. I hope you can find some comfort and take solace in the fact that you gave your pup a good life, a good home, and gave it tons of care and love.

Don't be so hard on yourself! This is just a speedbump in the journey. Just treat it as a cyclical burst in calories as a form of refeed and get back at it tomorrow. :) Also, remember to track the trend of your weight through apps like Libra/HappyScale rather than the daily number!

If you meal plan with nutritious food where you're hitting your caloric goal, getting all your micro nutrients, getting enough fiber and protein, and you find it sustainable rather than a bore, then that shouldn't be a problem. It can become a problem if you have nutritional gaps in your meal planning and you eat the same…

I find fatty foods to be filling. If you haven't experimented yet, I would try some fatty foods to see how they do for you. Otherwise, foods higher in protein content can also be pretty filling. If you're drinking any liquid calories, try going off of them as some people pack in calories a lot faster with them and don't…

Very inspirational! Good job man! I hope you have that sad moon shirt in a smaller size cause that's still a pretty good shirt haha. :D

That WAS harsh! You get a 11/10 doubledman!

Not yet, he's got this closed body language with the crossed arms, I'm waiting until the profile pic turns into a more welcoming one to signal me in... it's been months, so far no signals yet :(

Indian food is my jam! Give me some butter chicken, saag paneer, chana masala, some cheese nans and I am beyond happy. o:)

Use Libra or HappyScale to track the trend over time, there's just too much fluctuations otherwise.

That's awesome! If you're really digging those walks and standing desks then I gotta recommend a lifespan treadmill desks. I got one of these years ago and it's still kicking. It's a bit pricey but one of the best investments I've ever made, especially if you're able to work from home. https://lifespanfitness.com/

I would try to take it as complements and move on. I feel slightly awkward when I get comments regarding my physique also so it's definitely a problem that can go both ways. But at the end of the day I know what I want, I know what my goals are, I know that I'm going to be healthier for it, I know that I'm giving my body…

I really hope that's sarcasm, but if not... don't look at this as some horrible atrocity that will forever ruin your diet and any setbacks as being "bad" or "punishable". Think of it as being part of the journey, most of the time it's 2 steps forward 1 step back. And treat it as a learning experience, be conscious of what…

A solid 11/10!

For coaches or those teaching professionals, 100% agree. I feel like we're getting a bit off topic with all these hypotheticals. I was mostly talking about the situation that the OP described and how I would react in that situation. This is also totally not the same thing but you're still hung up on the idea that I'm…

I have one of those scales that supposedly shoots up a small voltage that goes through you to measure your BF%. I doubt the validity of that and just go by how I look in the mirror. When the abs are showing and performance is at an all time high, I could care less what the "number" is :D

What are all these crazy gyms?! Is there one with cats? I think it's all relative. I think their knowledge can still be of value to someone that is new to exercising for example. But someone who's more advanced or looking for very specific training is better served shilling out their dollars for someone who has both the…

I haven't used any trainers. If I were to get one though I would want someone that's fit so at the very least they're practicing what they preach. I wouldn't want someone to just tell me how certain things should be done and believe them because they have certs. I would also want them to show me right then and there to do…

Boss: "Umm.. how do I broach the subject, are you familiar with the children's song: beans beans, the magical fruit, the more you eat the more yyou... you know..."

I would be star struck by a FR from a MFP celeb. :o

You can also track exercises! Which will automatically adjust your daily calories so you know how much to eat back to hit your goal. You can also set macro %'s if you already have an idea of how you want your calories broken up.

I'm putting money down that it'll go beyond April as that seems pretty aggressive but best of luck to you! How are you measuring you BF%?

I have it the way Gordon Ramsey would roast me for, rrrraw. Just split'em in half, pop out the pit, grab a spoon and start digging.
