If calorific defecit is all that is need how can water intake be irellevent? If two people eat the same meals in a day but one drinks water n the other soda, the water drinker has fewer callories

Obiviously water doesnt make you lose weight directly. But for your body to perform properly it has to be properly hydrated so it does help indirectly. And if youre trying to lose weight n your main source of water is soda good luck

So if i eat lots of carbs that would make my body store lots ofwater causing me to put on weight if i continue to do that i will continue to put on weight. Dods that water weight count?

Your weight fluctuates through the day as you eat and drink it puts weight on I weigh myself every morning when i wake up i weigh the same everyday

If my natural weight is 11 stone and i go up to 12 im 12 stone in weight if i burn that off (majority water) and get bk to 11 stone how doesnt that count. Im not talking about fat im tzlking about weight

I am, but if i burnt all the fat i was trying to lose and retained the water you wouldnt see much diference. If i put a stone in weight on it isnt a stone of fat its about four pounds so to lose that stone youd have to burn four or five pounds of fat n the rest water

Obviously it doesnt affect fat loss but it does affect permanent weight loss two thirds of your body is water how can it not

Are you? Thats nice. But every cell in your body is two thirds water so every time you burn a fat cell you burn two times the water so in terms of long term weight loss its quite important. Stop trying to be clever

Obviously its not all fat 65% of hour weight is water so any weight loss will be majority water and i know keto isnt its just easy to maintain compared to othdr diets. I have bacon n scrambled eggs for breakfast it feels like a cheat day not a diet. I was just trying to recommend something that worked for me.

Im not that much over weight i wanted to lose a stone. I do have a physical job so im highly active and i IF as well i just didnt expect to lose 50% of my target in fuve days...im not complaining like

Your basically just swapping carbs with fat its pretty much goes against everything youve ever been told instead of havin skimmed milk in your coffee gou have double cream full fat butter in stead of low fat ectra cheese instead of none. Ive lost six pounds in five days
